ANSYS finite element simulation is used for full oil tankcondition and base frame lifting condition analysis to guarantee oil station performance.
SolidWorks is utilized for piping layout, componentdesign and full unit 3D digital modeling to satisfy projectdigital delivery requirements. Rational layout facilitates manufacturing, on site installation and inspection forimproved operability.
Complete systems including redundant oil pumps,switchable filtration, constant temperature control,emergency oil supply and safety interlocks are provided,supported by well established design and simulationverification systems.
Testing Capabilities : We own two advanced compre-hensive test benches for oil stations. They supportperformance tests for AC380V/50 Hz electrical equip-ment with single oil pump power s200 kW, as well asrunning and related performance tests for 250 kW singleoil pumps. The test benches automatically record operating parameters including pressure, flow rate,temperature, motor power and current, and generatetest reports to guarantee product performance.
