(including Hangzhou Guoneng Turbine Engineering Co., Ltd.) provides independent, systematic, and continuous performance diagnosis and assurance services for different OEMs, unit types, and cooling configurations.
  • STEP 1 Heat transfer performance
    How far does the actual heat transfer deviate from the attainable level under current conditions? What are the contributions of fouling, tube plugging, and effective area changes?
  • STEP 2 Cooling water / air side
    Do flow rate, temperature rise, water-side resistance, cooling tower or fan operation, and ambient air temperature constitute constraints?
  • STEP 3 Vacuum and air extraction
    Do system tightness, air in-leakage, and air extraction equipment capacity and operating status match each other?
  • STEP 4 Condensate and minor leakage
    Do trends in degree of subcooling, dissolved oxygen, and cation conductivity indicate air accumulation, minor leakage, or water quality risks?
  • STEP 5 Equipment and instrumentation
    Do tube bundles, tube sheets, water boxes, valves, expansion joints, measuring points, and signal quality affect the assessment?
