Recently, HGT successfully delivered 2x18,100㎡ condensers to Sinopec Yizheng 3000KTA PTA Project.
Sinopec Yizheng 3000KTA PTA Project is currently the largest PTA device in the world, as the Sinopec’s first annual output of 3 million tons PTA project, the total investment is more than 5 billion RMB, which is the largest single investment device in the 43-year history of Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co, Ltd. It has been listed as the major project of Jiangsu Province in 2021 and the key project of Sinopec. The project adopts the world's most advanced green environmental protection short process technology. On the one hand, material consumption, energy consumption and pollutant emission are greatly reduced. On the other hand, it is helpful for Sinopec to give full play to its advantages in refining and chemical integration, strengthen and improve the aromatics industry chain, and accelerate the development of high-end new chemical materials.
This project was directly selected by Sinopec, SEI was responsible for the overall design. Our company stood out from many competitors by virtue of the abundant experience in supporting foreign turbomachinery manufacturer and the overwhelming performance advantage of surface condenser in China. Our company was confirmed as the winning bidder through the evaluation of the bid evaluation committee of Sinopec and signed the condenser supply contract. This surface condenser is the largest single condenser in the history of Sinopec system and a new milestone in the cooperation between HGT and Sinopec.
HGT attached great importance to the design and manufacturing of this project, and assigned the professional and senior technical team with many years of PTA project design experience to connect with the end user, design institute and turbomachinery manufacturer. After dozens of professional technical meetings, the design was optimized, the difficulties were overcome, and the work was completed with high quality. Lay a good foundation for later production.
Under the efforts of the end user, project supervision and HGT, the products were finally delivered in high quality and on time, shipped to the project site smoothly.
