At the end of August 2021, the hot state assessment of the compressor unit of 4# diesel hydrocracking unit was completed successfully in ZPC 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration Phase II project, which marked that all 9 sets of Air Cooled Condensers supplied by HGT had completed the commissioning.
ZPC's 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project (Phase I + Phase II), as the world's largest single industrial project company, all departments, downstream suppliers and external partners attach great importance to it. Since the first phase of the project related equipment was successfully delivered to the customer, the trial run was stable, our company continued to cooperate with the second phase of the project, since accepting a total of 9 sets of air coolers from the design, manufacturing, procurement, supply, and on-site service to complete a total of 62 fan units, nearly 500 tubes, weight of about 2500 tons. Steel frame about 2800 tons and large amount of pipeline, instrument equipment and other tasks.
Phase II started in September last year. In response to user needs, HGT arranged for service personnel to go to the site as soon as possible to guide the related work of the Air Cooled Condensers. In the process of installation and commissioning, HGT explained and clarified the design problems in time, which ensured that the installation and commissioning were not reworked or slack. As the work progressed, HGT completed the service work of the Air cooler Condensers with high efficiency and high quality.
At present, these 9 sets of Air Cooled Condensers are being put into operation one after another according to the production plan of customers. Having witnessed the success of the project, we feel that all the efforts are meaningful.
