In late October 2022, Hainan Refining & Chemical 2600KTA Continuous Reforming Unit started its test run. After continuous efforts, HGT cooperated with the user to complete the single steam turbine test of Cycle Hydrogen Unit and Hydrogen Boosting Unit in November.
Hainan Refinery Refining Expansion Project is a key project of Hainan Province and SINOPEC, with a total investment of more than 28 billion RMB. Among them, the 2600KTA Continuous Reforming Unit is Sinopec's largest continuous reforming unit, which includes pretreatment, continuous reforming, continuous catalyst regeneration and utility works.
HGT attaches great importance to this project. During the Danzhou epidemic control period, the company could not go to the site to carry out service work. But it immediately arranged special personnel to contact the user and the steam turbine manufacturer to ensured the project progress through technical exchange and installation guidance online.
During the test preparation stage, the company immediately responded to the user's invitation for the test by arranging service personnel to follow up and guide the commissioning of the control program of ACC, the power-on commissioning of the fan drive system, the air tightness test of the vacuum system, the linkage commissioning of the steam turbine auxiliary equipment such as the II class steam air ejector, the hot well, and the atmospheric release valve. Meanwhile cooperated with the user and the steam turbine manufacturer to check and accept one by one, which created the basic conditions for test successfully!
