In order to strengthen the strategic partnership between HGT and European steam turbine manufacturer, and jointly expand domestic and foreign business, the deputy general manager of HGT, Weidong Zhao, led a team to visit the world-renowned manufacturers in Germany: Siemens Energy and MAN Energy Solutions in August 2023.
After a lapse of 3 years, the visit was warmly received by the relevant departments of the German steam turbine manufacturer, for expressed gratitude to HGT for its long-term support. During the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the current situation, product technology, business layout, and the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the business of both parties.The German steam turbine manufacturer expressed high appreciation and recognition for the HGT's development and achievements in recent years, highlighted its research and development and strategic layout in many new products and fields such as CO2 compressors, carbon capture and storage, heat pumps and hydrogen energy etc. Meanwhile, two side reached a preliminary consensus on future business expansion and cooperation on the above content.
HGT has established cooperation with German steam turbine manufacturer for 15 years, and has been recognized and trusted by users, in recent years, the two parties have established cooperation in many new products and fields, and the depth and breadth of cooperation have been continuously improved.
In the face of the opportunities and challenges of energy transformation in future, HGT will also continue the road of internationalization, and vigorously explore and develop overseas new markets.
