China丨The return visit to some customers in Liaoning area

From October 26 to November 1, the Marketing & Sales Dept, Research Institute and QA Dept organized teams to conduct return visits and exchange ideas with some customers in Liaoning such as Yisheng Dahua, Dalian Fujia, Jinzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd, and Liaoyang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.

The cooperation between HGT and Yisheng Dahua is the starting point for the company to participate in the large-scale development of domestic PTA devices. During the return visit, we communicated with the management teams of the Phase I and Phase II of the project on the development of the PTA industry, device operation, product service, etc., and inspected the operation of the HGT's products on the spot. The two parties focused on detailed discussions on product design, operation and maintenance, and looked forward to the intention to cooperate in product life cycle services.

Fujia Dahua, who is an important customer of the air cooled condenser. The return visit team introduced the company's product field expansion and technology improvement in recent years. Fujia Dahua expressed affirmation to the development of HGT in recent years and expressed their intention to cooperate in the renovation and upgrading of some devices. At the installation site and control room, The two parties discussed some situations that occurred during operation. Finally, the customer gave affirmative feedback to the return visit, and both parties are looking forward to more face-to-face communications during the following cooperation.

Jinzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd purchased three sets of air cooled condenser from HGT in 2019, plus a continuous reforming unit equipped with a condenser as a vacuum guarantee during high temperature weather. The return visit team provided on-site guidance and solved some remaining installation and debugging problems. In the customer conference room, the two parties fully exchanged opinions on the preparation work before the operation of the air cooled condenser, and discussed customer concerns such as product antifreeze protection, maintenance and overhaul.

Liaoyang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd, its petroleum refining unit is one of Sinopec's key projects. HGT provides two sets of air cooled condenser for the project. The return visit team and customer conducted detailed communication and discussions on the product operation, and also introduced the development of their respective companies, and exchanged views on possible equipment expansion and reconstruction, preparation of new projects.

Although there is a long distance between the companies, it does not hinder the expectation of win-win cooperation. This return visit has deepened customers' understanding for HGT's recent development and product technology improvements, strengthened our relationships with customers, and laid the foundation for product lifecycle services and continued cooperation in the future.
