Abu Dhabi's Borouge 4 plant is the world's largest single-site polyolefin complex which is expanded by ADNOC in Ruwes, UAE, including a world-class mixed-feed cracker, as well as polyolefin and non-polyolefin production units. The project has the world's biggest single train blended feed steam cracker. The steam cracker will bolster units that are relied upon to deliver 2.5 million tons per year of polyethylene and polypropylene. The completion of Borouge 4 will increase the overall polyolefin production to 6.4 million tons, which is an important link to help its capacity expand to 13.5 million tons per yea.
This project is an important ethylene project in cooperation with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation and Technip Group. It is also the company delivery product to the UAE again follow the fujairah 3 X 800 MW F3 IPP project.
